What photo should I upload?
Use one clear JPG or PNG of one person, ideally facing the camera in good light. You don’t need a car in your photo, and there’s no video to upload.
How much does it cost?
One video costs $9.99 as a one-time purchase. No subscription or account is required. Viewing the sample and selecting a photo are free; AI generation is paid.
What will I receive?
An approximately 10-second vertical MP4 that places a person from your photo into a fictional flying Roadster scene. The flight footage is AI-generated.
How long does generation take?
Processing time depends on the model queue and final video checks. We don’t yet publish a measured typical wait time. The ~10 seconds is the clip’s playback length, not a delivery estimate. Follow progress on your private result page; we’ll email you when it’s ready.
What if there’s a technical problem?
We’ll check the original request and attempt recovery at no extra cost. If we can’t deliver a valid video, we’ll refund the payment. You won’t be charged for technical recovery.
Can I get a free remake if I don’t like the result?
AI results vary, and exact facial likeness is not guaranteed. A completed, valid video does not include a free remake for appearance preferences. Making another video requires a new purchase.
How long are my files kept?
Completed videos remain available for 7 days after delivery. You can request a recovery link at your payment email. Source photos are removed under our photo-retention policy; see Privacy for details.
